PTA encourages communities to celebrate the arts and the artistic talents of children through community exhibits and displays. Countless studies have demonstrated the importance of the arts to student achievement, and the benefits of a quality arts education have been shown to extend beyond the classroom to the development of the whole child.

The national PTA organization arranges several exhibits throughout the year to celebrate the talents of national Reflections Program award recipients. The two most prominent exhibits are those at the PTA National Convention and the U.S. Department of Education. PTA also creates an online gallery of national award recipients each year (see the Program Gallery in the left-hand menu)
