The arts have a special place at the National PTA Convention. Convention attendees celebrate students’ accomplishments in the Reflections Program—and the hard work of the volunteers at all levels who make the program a success. During this awards ceremony, National PTA recognizes the six national Outstanding Interpretation Award recipients, who are invited to perform or show their award-winning pieces and talk about how their works were inspired by the theme.

Convention’s annual Arts in Education Luncheon, featuring performances by local students and a featured guest, highlights the importance of speaking up for the arts.
