National PTA office requires each state to track the number of PTAs that participate and the total number of works entered in the state’s Reflections Program each year. This is key to measuring the growth and success of the program.
State PTAs are to distribute local, council, and district/region participation forms (see below) to all PTAs participating in the Reflections Program. Each unit, no matter the level, is required to fill out the form, indicating the number of entries received in each arts area at the respective levels.
States are to collect these forms, compile the statistics, and fill out the State PTA Participation Form. Please include complete information for each Reflections Program judging level in your state. Send the State PTA Participation Form, filled out in its entirety, to the National PTA office with your state’s entry packet.
Not all states have the same structure. If you state does not have council and/or district/region levels of judging, disregard those forms and leave blank those sections of the State PTA Participation Form. Only fill out those sections of the form applicable to your state.
Keep copies of local, council, and district/region participation forms for state records.
